carguyco
Okay.... I live in Colorado.....between 6000 and 9000 feet up.....drive within that altitude everyday.....when the weather gets hot...85-90 degrees...the car doesn't run as well......bit sluggish..doesn't overheat or anything..you can just tell the difference... What if..... I have to go to Phoenix, Arizona in my car......this summer. It will be 115 degrees and 1000 feet in altitude... How will it run? Thanks in advance.. dr. pepper
The slight amount of performance gained from the decrease in altitude could potentially be negated by the increase in temperature, as our cars love to become heat soaked when the weather is toasty. biz77
It will feel sluggish:) E85 or alky injection are wonderful things to have in super hot climates.
