FredBeans
I suppose we could just take two wedge shaped pieces of wood, wrap sections of an old timing belt around them, teeth-out, and put a draw-bolt through the center of it... Hmm...
B-BGTLimited
Now your thinking! May not even need two since the pulleys are opposing each other, they would want to grab the one wedge and squeeze it through the middle.
GTTuner
I'm trying to think up something that you can put in between the two cams almost like a wedge that has the proper groves in it for the teeth.. Then again I'm assuming the spring pressure on the cam is not at peek lift so it would be only attempting to go in one direction. Something like this with a tooth to fit into the sprockets. Its threaded and spreads........put it between the left sprockets.
B-BGTLimited
Yes, but the gears are so close together a wedge is probably needed. I doubt you'd be able to get something like that between the two.
FredBeans
Yeah I'm just thinking as a "soft-jaw" clamp for the opposing side, and also something for the draw bolt to act against.
