Need someone to check datalogs

Hi guys,

 

I've been hearing metal on metal rattling from my car. This rattling isn't always there, like when im idling I dont hear it but when I step on the gas I do but not the whole time. more so when im at a stand still revving on and off. Now I did take it to an exhaust shop and put it on a hoist had a guy reving up in the air and we could hear it alot under the car in the area of the uppipe/turbo/downpipe. The tech said if he were to tell me it sounded like the first cat in the downpipe. Now I get no CEL no, power loss but I am buring a little more fuel then I'd like. I don't even hit 400km to the tank.

Could you guys take a look at the logs and tell me if everything looks ok?

also if it looks like the cat in the downpipe is messed up?

 

I REVISED THE LOGS RESET AND RELEARN THE ECU THEN TOOK NEW LOGS

nope it sounds like a coin in a pop can shaking.

it sounds like its coming from the first cat in the downpipe but no CEL/or loss of power.

I'm surprised knowone has commented on the datalogs as I've askd

I your third gear pull from 2200rpm to 3500rpm you have some learned knock. I don't really think its related to the rattle you are hearing. Can you somehow remove the uppipe and check for the rattle? If its making noise, you will have to replace it, preferably with a catless unit.

he's got a catless up pipe that will go in with an ERZ downpipe
