Just plain simple fried catfish. Quick, Easy, Good and CHEAP!

Little corn meal, flour and cajun seasoning... thats it.

Nice crispy on the outside, juice and fluffy meat inside.

Do you have to use soy sauce or oyster sauce to make it all darkened? I think you are holding back some ingredients! :lol:

lol naw, its such a known dish to most vietnamese, I figure people would just google it.

 

If you must know the ingredients in the sauce is sugar, caramelized sugar, water, fish sauce.. thats it.
