Northwoods Snowman
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find anywhere to post wanted ads. I just moved to WI from MI and here they require front license plates. My 97 GT didn't have the front plate bracket when I bought it (in WI oddly enough) so I'm having to dig one up. Anyone have one they want to part with? It would be greatly appreciated!
Canyonero
if you cant find one you can order the cusco front licnese plate relocation kit..... http://shop.edoperformance.com/cusco-license-plate-relocation-kit-for-subaru-wrx-gc8-p-17121.html
Northwoods Snowman
Does that work on the Legacys even though it is for WRX's?
Canyonero
im pretty sure with a little modification it will work. I believe you have to drill holes to the under side of your bumper. so it should work regardless. but id just make my own with aluminium and some bolts , nuts and washers. i cant justify spending 30-50 bucks on this thing lol... Northwoods Snowman
That's why I'm asking around here. The stealership wants $40 for a new bracket. I figure if someone from a rear plate only state has one, I can get it a lot cheaper and save me fabricating my own.
Northwoods Snowman
Oh, and I see it's designed to cover the left fog lamp on the WRX so that one you linked to wouldn't really work anyway.

Northwoods Snowman
True, I don't know how big of a deal it is here in WI. I bought the car here last summer while I was working in the state and it didn't have the bracket then.
