this is my favorite part of the detail.

i love how you can see the halogen lights clearing up through the polish, as the polish is being broken down.

you can see the swirls & scratches are removed.

i know after i wipe down the polish that the reflection is going to be like a mirror & crystal clear.

this is a very exciting part of the correction process!

i dont even need to wipe down the polish, i can already see that ive corrected the clear coat 100%!

Leggy is ready to leave the shop & go home with its happy owner.

he was so impressed with what was done for his car that his father left his

09 Pontiac G8 GXP 6 speed stick for a light polish & wax.

09s they did.

I plan on doing Big A next spring. If my dad registers his TR6 I will bring it in for a detail. But don't want to drive an unregistered un-inspected car to queens.

The job they do always looks amazing.

My buddy showed me his thread on an s2k forum and this dudes work is just awesome. I wish I was more local to queens (not like any of my cars need it) but I'd find a reason, haha.

thanks lewis. im on here too, just havent been an active member since about the winter time. there are a few customers of mine floating around on here.

i was going to sponsor up but the price doubled from what i was first told. i was warned not to advertise on the site untill im a vendor or i would be banned.

if theres enough interest for me to sponsor up & publish my writeups & provide my services to all of you then let me know. maybe ill pay up & see how things go.

thanks everyone for the kind words. we bust our asses here in the shop. i work extremely hard all the time & im on top of my workers at all times. im here long days that go way into the night. i dont leave here till 10pm on average recenetly. sometimes i look up at the clock & its midnight & im like "crap i need to go home". im addicted to my new shop & im just having a blast with how the shop has been growing recently.

im out for now.

take care of everyone.

ill check back with this thread in a couple of days to see if there was any activity.

Andrew

I have a question for ya. I recently purchased the Meguiars 3 step wax process. The wax remover, polish and then clear coat. Do you beleive this is a good product or should I invest in high speed buffer and get the professional polishes. Thanks.

pics look incredible.

ive always put off going into qns (i have to cross two bridges), but i think ill have to, seeing what my car can look like.

andrew-can you guys fix paint chips and the aftermath of an egging (left front bumper), or are these best left to a body shop to handle?

i never got around to trying the langka and other paint chip kits, so theyre sitting around collecting dust.

thanks.

lots of customers cross bridges & tunels for me =) just come to queens already & make an appointment to have me detail your car. its worth the travel, trust me. i do have customers that come from far away.

egging = i cant fix. when an egg hits the paint it makes tiny little chips in the paint & circular scratches that kind of outline the egg itself. egg on the car is a bad thing. most likely need to repaint that area at the body shop.

i dont like wasting my shop time playing with stone chips, filling & sanding for a job thats not going to come out good, i prefer not to be bothered sitting on the floor trying to fill in stone chips unless theres just a couple of large ones but most customers request that i fill in stone chips on a completely sand blasted bumper.

i dont check the forum often. in the future you can call me at my shop & ill answer all your questions directly.

thanks everyone.

i travel over an hour because i dont allow other people touching any of my cars. even if there 20 yr old cars. no ones touches them except for Big A. ive been going to him for years and will continue years to come. hes a good dude and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy.

i just drove over an hour to drop off seats so he could clean them. they were Bad, i mean BAD!! he brought them back to life. and since i am a bit far, he stayed late one night so i could pick them up. i cross rivers and bridges for this guys work.

btw, andrew. that legacy looks sick.
