stripped headbolt thread

Hi, I'm in a rut here. I was replacing the head gaskets on my 1990 subaru legacy with an ej22. i had the heads rebuilt, bought new bolts, and stripped the thread on the very last bolt. There are no Subaru dealerships nor machine shops that could do a timecert or heli coil in my town. Perhaps I could do this myself with a friend who has a shop.

 

I took measurements of the bolts and thread and I think they are m1.25/12.

 

The heli coil kits I find on the internet, all have very short inserts - in any case nothing that would cover the roughly 5 cm of thread.

 

I'd really appreciate any help, or shared experience on this.
