seahawksubie Posted April 9, 2005 Share Posted April 9, 2005 I'm considering purchasing an '05 Subaru Legacy GT 5-speed (Atlantic Blue, I hope) and putting in Subaru/Cobb's short-shift kit....I'd be interested in hearing from any owners who have done the same - have you had any warranty problems/concerns post-installation from Subaru? Thanks - appreciate hearing from you! Subaru is usually good about working on modded cars, unless they can prove that your modification damaged whatever is broken..then you're ok. I don't see you messing anything up with the short-throw shifter. Probably need to ask your dealer, some can be dicks about stuff like that.
