doctorbrody
Just an FYA for an aesthetic engine bay mod: I installed the blue Gates radiator hoses at 90k miles because they look cool, but 25k miles later, they were leaking. There was a slow leak at each hose outlet, and no amount of tightening the clamps would fix it. So I bought some stock hoses from a local dealer, installed them, and voila - no coolant leaks! I would never buy a Gates product again. How hard can it be to make a decent radiator hose?
