windycity1
I am new on the site and could not find the answer as to what is the best downpipe to go Stage 2. I have heard from two different tuning shops and one swears by Turbo XS and the other says to go with Invidia. Thoughts?

m sprank
I have both a Cobb and an ERZ. Save your money, buy an ERZ.
windycity1
Price wise they are pretty competitive. Invidia is $271 installed which ain't half bad. I will do some research on ERZ. Thanks.
m sprank
$271 sound like a catless. ERZ sells a very nice catless DP for $180 delivered.

GTTuner
$271 sound like a catless. ERZ sells a very nice catless DP for $180 delivered. He said $271.00 installed. That is a decent price for an uncatted Invidia installed.
Mr. Sinister
If a shop is doing the work, I'd just go with whatever they recommend. They'd be more likely to stand behind the product they chose if something goes wrong.
jfg22557
got an invidia catless myself, but if I hadn't had found it for such a great price ($170 shipped), I definitely would've gone with the ERZ. Dont mean to be a hater, but turbo xs is cheap in every aspect. weak welds, prone to cracks (well, more in the up pipe than the down, but still...). Just do your homework and make an educated decision so you know exactly what your getting as far as quality goes. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later. windycity1
I think I am going to go with the Invidia! The shop that recommended is also pretty well known in Chicago for working on Subies. Thanks for the posts, will let you know how it goes. Should be stage 2 by the end of the week!
m sprank
Enjoy. Nothing wrong with Invidia. The installed price is very good. It is basically installed for free.
