coldradio1
So, I've decided to do an axle back exhaust for the time being. I know that I could get a cat-back for less than my axle back, but that really isn't too important to me. I know the sound I want and thats why I'm going this route. Anyways, I'm eventually planning on doing stage 2 for the car. My question is if I really need to have a full turbo back or could I just do a downpipe with my axle back. My planed list would be as follows: 1) Blitz Nur Spec axle-back2) Catless up-pipe (haven't decided which yet)3) Perrin catted downpipe (probably)4) Maybe P&P the stock exh. manifold
Scooter
All you really need to run a basic Stage 2 tune is to lose the highly-restrictive stock cat in the DP, although getting rid of the UP cat is also highly recommended. Full turbo-back is definitely not required. Mid/Y pipe will have some minor benefits, and mufflers are really the least benefit; mostly for sound. What year is your car? Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!

captainhook
Or if money is tight, just gut the stock cats yourself and have stg 2 power for under $200. (cable+tune)
