Mitch Posted July 24, 2010 Share Posted July 24, 2010 Usually the majority of the traffic is heading towards Norfolk Naval base in the AM and heading away in the PM. That's all I can really tell you. I work on NOB Norfolk which is 2 miles away so I'm not a highway commuter. Maybe one of the other guys on here could tell you more about commuting traffic. If I'm going faster than you, Move Right.
