Sway bar set ups

Whats a better set up Large front / Small rear - Small Front / Large rear - or Even front and back???? Just a Reg old setup all I need..

Better for what? Personally, I'd go with an adjustable large front/small rear. Do a search if you want more details on what the effects of swaybar sizing.

All cars are setup to push from the factory because it's safer than a spinning car. So you want to increase the rear to give you more rotation. I usually upgrade both to larger size or get adjustable front and rear and dial it in to my liking.

I am going with larger adjustable on both. Front one comes in next week. Already have the 25 on the back and it feels so much better than stock.

I put a 22mm perrin adj on the rear and it makes a ton of difference even with the stock on the front. I'll be upgrading my suspension shortly but even with the sway it's a worthwhile upgrade.

Yup sways make a nice difference. I have the whiteline adjustables on my car.

Considering the rear bar is a 16mm noodle... I like a slightly larger front bar for my driving style. (23 F, 21 R)

Perrin 22's frt and rear, both set to firm. The car will push at first but will go neutral once I play with the throttle. If I use heavy throttle I can feel the rear really stick, it works nicely. I can "steer" my car with the throttle. Jam on the brakes mid turn and the tail gets loose but never looses traction.

GT......please 'splain to this suspension noob what "push" means. I'm confuuuzed. . I never considered that an upgraded set of sways could alter the direction of your travel ! I just assumed that thicker bars would give you a car that is less prone to body roll.....(You learn so much reading everything in this forum !)

Eventually I will be upgrading my sways for my DD spec B.......now I need to research the effects of larger rear , or larger front or vice versa.

I run Perrin 22mm bars front and rear, front stiff, rear soft and like it quite a bit for daily driving.

Push = understeer. In really simple terms, it's when the car keeps going straight when you're trying to turn because the front end lost traction.
