Crab cake with Squash Cream Pure

 

ingredients

1-2 lb Crab meat (fresh crabs for the BEST if you taste)

1 cup soft Bread crumbs

1 beatin egg

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/3 cup celery

1/3 cup bell pepper

1/3 cup green onions

1 tbs parsley

1 ts salt

1 ts worchestershire

2 ts seafood seasoning (old bay)

1 ts mustard powder

Squash Cream Sauce

1 cup Acron or Butter Squash Pureed in blender

1/3 cup milk

1 tbs butter

1 tbs sourcream

1 ts salt

Rosemary (chopped)

Garnish

Parlesy (chopped)

Alfalfa Sprouts

Japanese 5 spice Pepper

Lemon juice

Instructions:

Get crab meat, if you do buy it, make sure u buy the good prciey kind.

Put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix.

Make some balls and shape it up like u want, i used a shallow cylinder measuring cup.

Pan try then in oil for 1 minute on each side to get that crisp.

Then place crab cakes in oven and make @ 350F for 7-8 minutes. (make sure u preheat that oven)

Make the squash sauce while your baking...

Steam the squash for 8 minutes, then spoon the contents out, pop in blender than puree for 1 minute.

heat up a sauce pan on high, mix in the ingredients and let the milk and sourcream reduce. Stir it until its creamy.

Put it all together and serve. Make sure u get rdy to be raped by your gf. Its that good.
