I have tried, but not been able to find a link to tell me how to get the radio surround off so I can access the back of the lighter. Help. I need to hook up my radar detector LOL! amp27 Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 yes. that the ash tray out. and feel the top in there. the screws screw up in the radio directions. youll need a short screw driver i know this as i have your very same car and i have had my radio apart 3 times this week. what color you got? sc850r Posted February 1, 2010 Author Share Posted February 1, 2010 I ended up just pulling the piece around the shifter off and then snapping out the lager trim piece around the shifter.
