kjiz
So after about 2 years of use, 2 of the LEDs in my tailights have burnt out. Kinda dissapointed, hoped they would've lasted as long as I kept the car. But anyway, I was wondering if anyone has ripped theirs apart and soldered new LEDs on??? If not I'll try see how hard it may be, or if it is even possible. Thanks!
peteyjr
I hope my hanabi's don't go thru the same problem. I will eventually bake them, open them and do surgery if that ever occurs.
AkumaMax
damn that is not that good. Hope the LED tails that I am going to get don't do that. Mine will be LED brake and turn signals Full LED tail lights.
kjiz
I hope my hanabi's don't go thru the same problem. I will eventually bake them, open them and do surgery if that ever occurs. Ughh. So I took them off to take a look and it does indeed look like you will need to bake them to get to the LED board. Thankfully the 2 dead LEDs are next to each other on the inside edge so they are hardly noticeable. I'll continue running them.
