sirbOOm
I just bought a 2005 LGT today. It's wet and snowy outside, so the wetness could be the cause of this. But every time I stop, I can see steam or smoke coming from the front passenger wheel well after about 5 seconds of waiting there. It's only been wet outside so I can't tell if it's anything more than just water vapor, but nevertheless I've never seen this on a car before unless it went through a large puddle or a undercarriage car wash. Any ideas? Thanks! Is there something really hot over there like the exhaust? Not sure... Oh, and the Bridgestone Potenzas suck. Who designed that tire? Seriously... AkumaMax
if it's coming from the wheel then most likely it is a brake problem. I'm guessing the rotor is frozen and the guy just pounded away at it until the caliper went back on.
ehsnils
Take a careful drive around the block (or somewhat longer) and then stop and check the temperature of each wheel. If that wheel is hotter than normal you need to fix it asap.
