ONLY passenger side low/hi work when hi beams are activated -- switched hi beam bulbs, same result. ONLY passenger side low/hi work when either hi beam bulb is pulled from its harness during low beam. Wiring double and triple checked by two knowledgeable people. All fuses checked. Clean ground contacts verified. WTF? Any ideas out there?
