Although the whole UB/AP scandal was a pretty big deal, that's just about the only real case of fraud known to exist. Just like in real life, the 'casino' has no real interest in cheating it's customers in a business model that is guaranteed to make money. They make a rake, regardless of who wins. More details are coming out on the above mentioned AP/UB scandal, but it looks like a high ranking official at a software security company used a software mod to cheat in order to pay for his wife's legal costs for a sex with a student situation.
