HFSDevil
Well a good friend of mine got new seats for his 2002 WRX and decided to give me his old ones. http://home.comcast.net/~samur_devil/seats4.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~samur_devil/seats.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~samur_devil/seats2.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~samur_devil/seats3.jpg I just installed them so they do not match yet with the rest of the car, but I have big plans for the interior. I will keep everybody posted on what I do 2002 Subaru Legacy L (Retired) 2008 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT

kanoswrx
The 02-03 WRX seats are some awesome seats really, much better then any of the 04-05 impreza/wrx/sti/lgt seats I think. They really held you in so much better. I love sitting in them in my friends WRX. Of course I really love my leather lgt seats, but they don't hold you in as good. bemani
So is the passenger airbag constantly on or off now? Does the air bags even work?
HFSDevil
Well the airbags on the sides of the seats don't work and I never had the side airbags on the original seats. The plugs are not the same for the airbags. The front airbags still work of course. 2002 Subaru Legacy L (Retired) 2008 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT
John M
The front passenger airbag has a sensor in the stock seat. Without it, it won't know whether to "arm" the bag or not. Does your passenger airbag indicator light still work properly? If it does I'll be really surprised.

I'm pretty sure only the 05 legacy has the sensor, i had an 01 and there was no side airbags or any types of airbag indicators.... and thats an 02, so im guessing its the same
