Would shallow/slim mount replacements be needed? Speaker sizes: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12608 or http://www.cars101.com Cars101 may have the sub size, but I'm not positive - they have power ratings on it but I'm not sure about driver size. exsterminator
Thanks for link and reference to cars101 - neither sadly have the info I was after relating to the sub. I spoke to Crutchfield and they could not be sure either, said it was probably a hybrid size between 8-10" but remarked that the mounting depth was shallower than even their shallowest shallow-mount sub (a Pioneer IIRC). Means any sub swap requires fabrication of new enclosure . . . . I purchased Polk DB component speakers for the front and coax speakers for the rear and was advised by Crutchfield to go with the slim coax (has an "s" on the end of the model number) where the tweeter does not protrude due to space constraints. I picked up the DB6501 components and DB651s for $157 all in from Amazon, great deal. Same units would have run over $300 plus tax at Crutchfield!
