Felo Posted December 11, 2009 Share Posted December 11, 2009 Hi Everyone, I just got a 94 Legacy (sedan) in pretty good shape but one of the previews owners changed its gearbox for the one of a hatchback. The good thing is that the gearbox has a lever which will work great when the need of some extra force that I undestand the sedan doesn't have. My question is however, if i installed back the original sedan gearbox, would I gain some extra speed for each gear? or ar the ratios for the sedan and the hatch the same?
