Ingredients 1/2 lb ground pork 1 lb Shrimp 4 stalks of green onions 4oz of woodear or shitake mushrooms 2 tablespoon corn starch 2 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon soysauce 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white pepper Siu Mai Wrappers Instructions http://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Pork%20and%20Shrimp%20Siu%20Mai/IMG_9842.jpg Dice up shrimp, onions and mushrooms, then mix them in a bowl. http://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Pork%20and%20Shrimp%20Siu%20Mai/IMG_9845.jpg Throw everything in a processor + all other ingredients (except wrappers) and process for about 30 seconds.
