Wilson_GT
When installing 19x8.5 on (2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT), do I need to roll my fenders? I have not installed any coil-overs yet, but want to soon. Any suggestions? Also, do I need to worry about losing launching power? I have 3" down pipe, 3" exhaust, spt intake, pushing 17lbs of boost. dudeondacouch
Launching + 19s? Normally mutually exclusive. To answer question, depends on offset and ride height.
whitetiger
and also tire width. if the rims are +48, then you dont want to go any wider than a 245 as long as you right height and camber allows fitment. any more and you will def have to roll, or maybe even pull the fenders alittle. coldradio1
Increased rotational mass will reduce horsepower to the wheels.
LetGo
Not that it matters, but I'm going to guess that you picked up a set of Linea Corse Lemans wheels. Maybe. Am I correct?

He would've been smart enough to ask wheeldude about offsets/tires/springs and fender rolling before ordering.

That's the exact choice that I was thinking he went with. Great minds think alike.

Wilson_GT
Is 45 the concave offset? I am wanting the lug nuts to be further in than the spokes.

05lgt5spd
Should have them this week! Im hoping they don't look like clown shoes. Wheel dude is horrible at pm's. Call them up, they have great customer service. They have the 19's in stock, I paid last thursday, and they are going to be here this thursday. They are a 45 offset. I got a guy local to hook me up with a brand new set of 235/35/19 coopers for $90 a tire brand new. I know the lo-pro is going to suck, but it will keep the height of the overall wheel the same as the stock 17's with stock tires. 25.2 inches vs the 40 series, 26.1 inches. noswad
^^^ those wheels look great! too bad you didnt have those for the PNW calender. went with 225 instead of 235? $90 for 19" tires is a good deal. who rolled your fenders and what did it run you? i have 8" wide 19" OZ's w/ +45 et with 225's and they barely clear the inside fender lip. 05lgt5spd
I know my car is completely different than those old pictures! I thought I could get away with not rolling, with 225's. If I would have known I would have had to roll, I would have gone wider. A place called the werkstatt on woodstock did the rears for $50.
