Now I'm fixed a tranny support bolt problem. Yeah the weld on the nut broke and had to drill a in the floor board.(A couple of hole) No happy about that. So I hav to find sumthin to cover the big ass hole. Any Ideas? And when drillin the hole. Being that I didn't know wherre the nut was. I drill between the case. So I hav to cover thats up too. Just a long day and ready to be done with it. Another couple of hours. Urrghhh
rmb2485
About $5 for 100 1" flexible plastic hole plug covers... http://www.mcmaster.com/#plug-covers/=4ihzzr In the future, try to push the broken bolt up through the hole, then stick a center punch in ad give it a good enough wack to dent the metal on the other side. Then drill where you see the dent.

rmb2485
Your clutch isn't disengaging. Check to make sure everything is installed properly. edit: FYI, I happened to be in Lowes this morning, and they have those plugs in the drawers in the hardware section. rmb2485
Your clutch isn't disengaging from the flywheel. If all your linkages and hydraulics are installed properly, there must either be a problem with the pressure plate or throwout bearing, or something inside the transmission that you can't see is binding. Clalaymn
Does the Z4M and E46 M3 have the same transmission? If not, are the two transmissions interchangeable?
