bkarlkrause
Wouldn't cv joints make noise even if I was driving in a straight line? I haven't noticed that at all.
bkarlkrause
*Update: Took in the car to the mekanik to have him identify the problem. Wasn't a bearing, wasn't the cv joint, wasn't the diff. It was... low tire pressure. *HUGE FACEPALM* In my defense, the mek said the tire didn't actually look low but it was. Been riding on it for so long though that it was unsafe. $60 for a used tire and baddabingbaddaboom problem was reduced. I say reduced because I did notice that there was still some grinding/vibrating at low speed turning though not as loud or intense. After a couple days the problem went away. Possibly the diff readjusting after dealing with a low tire? The diff is electronic after all. I don't know much about them but that's all I can think of. Any other possible reasons? thejean
Does this sound familiar to any of you lads who have had differential problems? http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/grinding-noise-left-turn-180651.html?p=3766302
