who can spot the proublem

WHAT?! you mean the TINY thimble of a dent!?! cuz that's the only place I see where the swaybar would hit the lateral link. If you are talking about that THUMB SIZED rounded dent at the top of the middle of the lateral link, I think that's stock man.. the lateral link is bent in the such a way that you need some kind of relief bends and such to hold composure in the part.

 

I'll double check my car to make sure when I retighten my underbraces..

I dont know how the sway bar can do that..

yeah the tiny dent that screws up suspension travel

 

first pic is enhanced & 20% bigger

i don't think that i am on the bump stops

it happens predictably when pulling out of a drive way when the sway bar would be most active

 

i think the problem is the design there is a 7/8 of an inch of metal above the end links vs the cusco bar

 

i need an end-link that is 7/8" shorter

 

7/8 being the thickness of the bar FWIW

 

i guess ill call rich on monday see if he an get me a technical contact at progress (they have no phone number on their web site at all)
