HipsterDoofus
I just painted my wheels im getting the tires put back on today. I know they need to be balanced. My question is, is there a balancing option that doesn't involve the goofy weight on the outside? Do i need to request something special as to not mar up the paint job? bluesuby
My oem tires came with adhesive-backed weights affixed to the inside of the wheels. You cannot see them unless you look through the openings.

rurouni_x
Ask them for an alloy 1 balance which puts a clip weight on the inside lip and a sticky weight on the inside barrel of the wheel
HipsterDoofus
Ask them for an alloy 1 balance which puts a clip weight on the inside lip and a sticky weight on the inside barrel of the wheel is this common enough where i can assume a normal tire place will have that?
