It isn't a car part but it should be a simple fabrication piece from 1/8" aluminum. Since it's such a small job would prefer a shop around the north Dallas or Plano area near me but if you have a friend that does this work I'd be willing to drive a bit further. If I were you I would have the guy do a test piece for you. If he is skilled and thorough, then on to the real gig.
