bigb3630123
Unfortunately everything that could possibly cost money just happened to me and now... winter. Found a pair of brand new 185/75/14 on rims for the wives civic but the car uses 185/65/14. I know the speed and acceleration and feel of the car may be a little off but would it be dangerously off or will the tire not fit? Not a big expert on tire sizes. Any input would help thanks
stanjk3
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html I doubt it would fit, the 75's are 1.4" larger in diameter. Friends don't let friends drink cheap beer.

vduber
Yeah i'd be concerned with your suspension hitting the tire. My friend was tryin to be cheap and squeeze some 70's that he got for free where he should have been tryin to mount 60's. He didnt even lower the lift all the way and the tires were pinned against the strut tower. I'd say even if it fits while parked once you hit a bump the tire bound to rub alot

kirbwrx
if you can sell the tires and make a few bucks get a set of goodyear eagle gt. they are my winters and my wifes all year tires and we both love them and will keep buying them when needed.
