Beat 1 egg, add flour and corn starch, then ice cold water. Mix until lumpy. DO NOT mix until smooth. The lumps in the tempura batter kinda explodes during keep frying. Heat up a deep fryer or pot to 350F (Important, must be HOT). Remove Prepped pound cake wrapped Ice cream from freezer and dip in Tempura batter. Slowly (and carefully) put the icecream into frying oil and fry for 40 seconds. (flash frying) Remove from oil and plate.
