Spec-B-JY
Hey all. I was at Red Rocks last night and on my way out, realized I had a small (4mm) pierce in my back-seat leather. I have the '06 Spec B GT with the red leather interior, so, it makes it even harder to fix (I think). Has anyone in the area used a leather repair service they can recommend? Should be pretty quick if they can match the color-code (unknown). I appreciate any help.
eekay
I actually need to find something like this myself some time soon. I've thought about trying to repair it myself using the leather repair stuff sold at most auto/interior stores. You mix the color(s) yourself and apply. However, I've never heard good nor bad about it so it's kinda hard to trust. Maybe if I had something to test on first...? My 9.3 cups EJ22 makes me feel like my **** is 2.8 decimeters! Spec-B-JY
I'm going to go with a recommended family-owned business on S. Colorado Blvd. I spoke with the owner and the color doesn't seem to worry him. The perforated leather, however, might be tough - but it's such a small hole I figure I can deal. I just don't want it to grow in size! Here's who I'll try and report back on: Auto Trim Specialists 4771 E Evans Ave Denver, CO 80222-5109 (303) 757-7463
