Engine skipping on 96 Subaru

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum, I hope you can help me out. I just replaced the water pump on my 96 Subaru Legacy with 200,000 miles because it froze up. I put it back together, filled it with antifreeze and it runs perfect when its cold until it warms up to the middle of the temperature guage (normal range) and then it barely runs, it skips.

I then replaced the coil and I still having the same problem. The motor is 2.5 and its an automatic.
