I hear they are popular among ricers etc. If one cares about performance - then what matters is cornering grip, braking distance etc. Sure, magazines could be promoting some particular tires. wpgspecb Posted May 6, 2013 Author Share Posted May 6, 2013 As an update, 3 summers later, I'm pretty happy with these tires. They've never let go on me, although I do know their limits, which were much greater than the stock Spec B tires. Wet performance is excellent. Should have gone with an 8.5" wheel though.
