tcoope13 Posted July 27, 2009 Share Posted July 27, 2009 So I have been reading threads about integrating ipod functionality and people playing dvd's on their OEM navigation screen. I have an 06 spec B, and I want to create a jack where I can plug in virtually any Ipod, and play music through it through my speakers, but also watch movies on my navi screen with sound. I'm trying to think of the best way to do this, I'm assuming first I will have to install a Audio in port, I've seen several around, and then run a cable from my ipod to the back of my screen into the component video jack. Also ground the wire for the parking brake sensor. Has anyone done this? I have seen other setups similar to this, but not just like this.
