DemonaSJ
I have a '98 Subaru Legacy Postal Wagon L (Right-hand drive and everything). The left turn signal, when I put it on, flashes really fast (scientific explanation, isn't it?). I checked all the lights, and they were all working, none burned out. Put on the four ways, all fine. What else could be causing this?

eamiller
even though all may be flashing, chances are the base of the bulb(s) is corroded or no longer making good contact with the socket. This causes a high-resistance condition with the flasher interprets as a dead bulb and causes the quick flashing to get your attention.. Sometimes removing, cleaning, and reseating the bulbs and sockets will do the trick, sometimes you just have to replace the bulbs...
