New injectors/fuel pump on stock turbo?

E-Tank

Recommended Posts

I just went stage 2 and am very happy with the results. I do plan on upgrading to a VF52 when my VF40 bites the dust, although when installing the parts I checked and I could not detect any shaft play whatsoever.

The car feels good, but I feel like it could use more fuel.

Would it be feasible to install bigger injectors and/or a larger fuel pump with the stock turbo?

Also, what should i do from here? My engine mods thus far are only catless up, cattless dp, and AP. I plan on getting a more aggressive stage 2 tune, but I need to finish with all my bolt ons first.

Thanks:)

You could max out the stock injectors on really cold days with a FMIC and stock turbo..I have come very close. But you do not need to get injectors and pump. If you swap the injectors you will need a new tune and get very little (if any) performance gain. You could just add the pump..that will not reqire a new tune and it will give you a little more headroom.
