LiLmErCy87
I'm trying to find a Cobb short throw shifter somewhere for a 2009 spec B. Any ideas on where to look?
F-WDC Spec B
I had the same question. The thing is the Cobb STS 6MT has been discontinued. You can get a Kartboy STS. PM "Touge Tuning". Thats who i was told to go to.
LiLmErCy87
Is it fully adjustable like the Cobb STS was and can you get the brushings with it?
h22afast
I have a brand new one never installed Cobb STS if interested? I just can't seem to find the bushings anywhere anymore. . . PM if interested.
E-Tank
I love my Cobb 5MT STS. good luck! It looks like they're still listed on a few sites. http://www.google.com/products?q=spec+b+cobb+short+throw&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=8LpCSqTCGYHVlAfgmu3rCA&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&resnum=4&ct=title
grocery getter
STS and bushings are the best bang for your buck hands down. Love the Cobb adjustable and Kartboy STS both have been on my Spec B (currently the Kartboy is on). I don't think you could go wrong with ethier. h22afast
How essential is the bushing kit?
grocery getter
Everone is different, the STS by itself is a huge improvement in throw and how it feels in each gear. The bushings give it that notchiness everytime you place it in the gears unlike the stock feel which to me is too soft.
