TrueWhiteBoy
Hi, I'm looking to plan a trip with about 6 people total to head up to Yosemite ideally in the spring/summer of 2010. We'd like to stay in a cabin in the actual park and I was curious if anyone knew what the options were. It needs to have some amenities as we will be having some non-campers with us, but at the same time I don't want to feel detached from the park itself. It's been 6 or so years since I was last up there, but I think I remember some lodges being inside the park. I was just curious if any had any suggestions. I'm going to try posting this in the Northern California section too.
CatInTheDryer
Yosemite Lodge has hotel like rooms with bathrooms for a good price...For a more "camping" like feel you can look into Curry Village or Housekeeping. Curry has wood cabins with bathrooms and a few cottages. Curry and Housekeeping camp also have tent cabins with public bath facilities if you really want to make your non-camping companions rough it. Have fun
