http://www.bestmotoring.jp/digest/BM/index.html I just recently checked this site, and saw the lambos and ferraris, but when i scrolled down, there was a white Legacy spec. Looks like a great Eppy! I can see why the Leggy is only at 3rd spot in that vid, started from the back of the pack like normal. Working it's way up once again. I'd imagine it either took the 3-lap (normal) or was right on the heels of the G35/Skyline. I'll post it on the other place to see if someone has a clip. ;)

As best as I gather, that may have been early on. From the line, starting order was the Alfa, Type-R, Skyline, RS200, RX8, with the Legacy starting out at the back of the pack. Must be based on handicap. ;) None of the prelim shots show the Legacy leading, at least in the camera, but from the looks of things, it was punching up to the front. Must be similar to the Spec-B/RS6 battle with the Leggy starting in the back. ;)

The 2.0 will beat it. Hell, I even heard their Spec B did a nice job on our USDM WRX STi. Give it some similar rubber and it should do alright though, not some fancy pants RE92A's.

So where did you see the starting grid? It's a bit unfair that they used the Alfa 2.5 instead of the 3.0 GTA model. That 2.5 is way in the back. It's kinda like using that Volvo V70 T5 instead of the V70R in that other wagon test. Speaking of, the 156 GTA touring would have been an interesting addition even though it still would have lost.

The starting grid is evident from the preview clip. Had to watch it a few times to make sure my pecking order was right. I was watching some older Top Gear clips I found last night and they compared I think the 3.0 Alfa against maybe the P1 and a EVO6 I think and speed wasn't completely bad, but take it to a handling circuit, forget about it.
