Suspension Questions

There is probably a bunch of info roaming around about this, but i can't seem to find what i am looking for. I was looking to improve suspension and handling. I don't see myself on a track anytime soon, mostly going to be city and highway

 

2008 2.5i Legacy Limited (Stock) sitting on 17x7 wheels and 205/50R17 tires.

 

What can you guys tell me about:

Rallitek or Cobb Springs

Rallitek Sway Bars

Cusco Strut Braces

 

Any info would be helpful
