I was cleaning my car today an I noticed rust that I believe couldn't have been caused by a rock chip because it is right at the border of the sunroof and roof. Please see the pics and tell me if this should be covered under SoA's warranty. If so, what should I know so that I can come in to the dealer prepared. I do not see them covering that being the rust warranty only covers from it rusting from the inside out(perforation). I suppose you could show the dealer, and they can give you an opinion, but don't expect them to paint the car for you for free. Either way, that's bubbled up quite a ways from the chip, so corrosion has already started under the paint and has begun to damage more area. You better get that fixed, warranty or not.
