OCDetails Posted March 4, 2005 Share Posted March 4, 2005 define 'low cost'. The only mods really available for the Legacy at this point are not "cheap". Body kits are definitely not low cost. Turbo upgrades and exhaust systems and all that are pretty expensive. What's your budget? I want to know where is a good place to go for mods in BC. not looking for too much like bodykits but something like wheels springs and other littles mods. Clear headlights and stuff like that.
