CasopoliS
I have noticed that the JDM pinks lower the front a little more than the rear. In fact, the rear does not change that much with the correct set of JDM pinks. As I have also come to notice, the stock front-end on the Spec B sits a little high. I wonder what a Spec B would look like with JDM pinks in the front only? Would that be harmful to do that (stock springs in rear with JDM pinks in front)? It seems like it would level the car out. The front might be a little lower than the rear, but I would rather have it that way than the stock setup (which seems to be the reverse). Thoughts? rtbrjason
If they don't change much in the rear, why not just get the full set all around? I can't see any harm in what you're proposing though unless spring rates vary dramatically. Do you have a link to a place to purchase the correct springs? I'm somewhat confused about which "pinks" are needed. I'm not looking to lower ride hide too much myself, but would like to get close to an inch lower all around. CasopoliS
Well the JDM springs sell in sets of Front and Rear, so there is a cost savings to just doing the front.
rtbrjason
That's a bit strange. I just measured mine and it's 26.75 front and 26.5-26.75 rear. Perhaps after some miles the front will settle a bit.
RJS5689
I don't see a problem, but I'm not sure of the spring rate on stock springs. I think the car would look good with some rake. It's a shame there isn't any from the factory.

Ryandigi
rallitek springs actually raised my specB a qaurter to half inch. Looks like I should have went pinks since they were made to go with bilsteins correct? The reason the ralliteks raised (advertised as a .9 inch drop for SpecBs) was due to the different tophats....shrug

Here is zmarko's Spec B on pinks: Front: ST2033021020 Rear: ST2038021000 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/zmarko/Picture002-7.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/zmarko/Picture004-13.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/zmarko/Picture007-7.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/zmarko/Picture009-7.jpg
Ryandigi
maybe I should just buy a front pair of pinks to help even out my ralliteks. I have heard that ralliteks run a pretty aggressive spring rate like pinks...any thoughts? How much would a pair of just front pinks set me back? BT4
You should talk to the rallitek guys. I am pretty sure they have experience with both of these on their legacy gt and can probably give you a real clear comparison. I am pretty sure you will gain some harshness with the pinks. Deadzep
I put ST2033021010s on the front and 21000s on the back. The front dropped just a bit over an inch and the back is 3/4 inch lower.
CasopoliS
Just found this post with fronts only: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2388834&postcount=111 Perfect IMO. Once those fronts settle more (looks like he took the pics right after install), it would look great.
