Questions about LCA and car sitting uneven

I took my car to the dealership today for my regular oil change and I asked the manager about getting some LCA bushings pressed in at some point. He came back to me and said they wont do it because the techs have broken a few control arms....has this ever happend to anyone on here? Secondly the driver side of my car looks noticeably lower than my passenger side. I havent measured it but i have done the ole finger test and it seems to be pretty off. I had the techs look at that....nothing wrong. Is that just how the legacy sits? Ive owned the car for over a year and im pretty sure i would have noticed that before now.
