braxber Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 im pretty sure i just bought the wrong dp because it said for 08+ wrx/sti since cobb had the same part number for thier downpipe i assummed it would be the same for invidia. the divorced waste gate is keeping the downpipe from seating propperly. there is a 1/2 inch gap between the turbo and the down pipe. are divorced waste gate downpipes hard as hell to install or is it pretty obvious that i bought the wront fittment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

braxber Posted April 18, 2009 Author Share Posted April 18, 2009 thanks man, i ended up grinding the whole tab down about a half inch and then notching it for the waste gate arm. works and sounds like a charm. almost the best $175 ive spent on my car. no to sell me cobb catted downpipe.
