The connection on the other end of the serial port coming from the LC-1 is a 'mono' jack port, that should be plugged into the ‘out’ jack coming from the LC-1. I also believe you are supposed to have the ‘terminator’ plug that came with the lc-1 plugged into the ‘in’ jack. I don’t have a serial port on my laptop so I bought a serial to usb cable at bestbuy I connect to the serial port coming from the LC-1 so I can log on my lap top.
