Does This Actually Do Anything?

Recommended Posts

Dealships trying to sell me on it before I pick up the car. It's this thing that runs off you battery and apperently prevents rust on the spot welds and stuff. Basically drains your battery all the time. I think its BS. (Sorry about it being cut off, the flyer is to big for my scanner)

Get me a toy like this that will send 50,000 volts through the next person who opens their door into my car and I'll pay whatever you want for it. lol If your car is going to rust out in 5 years anyway then that is probably a waranty issue. If the seam is hidden, then how will you even know if the sucker is working anyway? This sounds like a 'Tornado' kind of scheme. However, there is a sucker born every minute and they wouldn't make em if suckers didn't buy em.

I can't believe dealers are still hawking those things. They are design for large ocean vessels and do work well on them, however they don't work in cars because they are not in constant contact with the salt water.
