coolness Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 I just finished the upgrade of my stock speakers, and a cubby install of a new Clarion CZ-509 in my '05 GT. Everything has turned out great, but now I have no AM at all (not great before, but could hear some sports talk), and my FM is livable, but not great. Before with the factory HU, my FM was flawless, but AM only worked days, at night it was pretty pathetic. What gives?? Any solutions, signal booster, amp??? coolness Posted April 8, 2009 Author Share Posted April 8, 2009 Thanks for the link. I am sure the shop did not hook up the antenna power to the new HU. Funny thing is they left it hooked up to the stock HU, so if I turn it on (no speakers attached) I get crystal clear reception. I will be heading back to the shop for a rework...
