wideband placement

If you are getting a ProTune the tuner should have a WB for the tailpipe.

 

That's what I was thinking but he said the readings would not be as accurate. I didn't know how much of a "concern" that would be since it's only stage I.

You would need to get a WBO2 bung and have it welded in. Look at post #90 in this thread "what's your wideband solution?":

You can have one welded into your stock DP for about $20 at any muffler shop. However, a wideband AFR sensor in the tailpipe is pretty much standard operating procedure for most tuners. He probably just wants to see what the AFR is BEFORE the cats.
